The hotel was great. Cleanliness was top-notch, with an amazing staff who were always available to serve and support me. Breakfast was lovely with a breathtaking view over the city. The hotel facilities were modern, and everything was well-furnished. I had a great experience staying here!

The location of the hotel was convenient in terms of access to exploring the area. the room was nicely furnished and modern, with a lovely view of the town. the staff was professional and hospitable, providing excellent service and support as needed.
One minor issue was that some parts of the room were unfinished, leaving a few wires hanging off the wall.

Had a wonderful new year's experience at this hotel. Loved the modern and well-furnished room with its charming view. Breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of options to choose from! The staff was extremely professional and hospitable. They helped us with all our queries at any time of the day. The key location of the hotel made it very easy for us to explore the city.
Although our stay was amazing, there were a few negatives, such as some bits of the room not being finished and a bit of over-enthusiasm from one of the staff members on check-in. We were also overcharged for some trips we booked through the hotel.

My partner and I had an amazing romantic escape. We loved the modern and well, furnished room. the breakfast had a great spread and the view over the city was stunning. the staff, especially Mr Pankaj and Mr Pallab, were professional and hospitable. We appreciated their readiness to serve and support us as per our needs. the hotel's location was perfect, situated near key attractions and shopping areas.
Our check, in was slightly marred by one staff member who was over, enthusiastic and lingered in our room too long. some parts of the room were unfinished, with wires hanging off the wall.
